Embark on a captivating journey around the 72-mile loop of Lake Tahoe, nestled amidst the Sierra Nevada mountains. Your enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide will lead you through iconic stops along the way while leading Lake Tahoe Trivia over the speakers.
As you settle into your cozy seats, prepare to be mesmerized by the panoramic views as we navigate around the lake. Our mini bus offers large viewing windows, and your guide announcing what to see along the way so you won't miss a thing.
The tour kicks off along the southern shore, where we'll make a memorable stop at Emerald Bay State Park. Marvel at the unparalleled beauty of Fannette Island and the towering peaks that adorn the landscape, casting their reflection upon the crystal-clear waters below.
Next on our excursion, we'll head to the historic Truckee Dam. Here we will explore its significance from the 1900s to its modern role as essential infrastructure.
Following our lunch break, we'll pause for a 1.5-hour lunch break. You'll have the opportunity to explore Tahoe City, indulge in local favorites, browse charming shops for souvenirs, or simply relax on the beach and soak in the overwhelming beauty of Lake Tahoe.
Our next destination will be the iconic Sand Harbor State Park, where you can wander among the distinctive boulders synonymous with Lake Tahoe and behold some of the clearest, bluest waters the lake has to offer.
Our final stop will be the Logan Shoals Vista Point which offers some of the best viewing points of the Lake. This vista point offers an easy to access viewing deck. For the more adventurous, you can also hike out to the rocks to get a more "up close and personal" vibe.
Throughout the tour, your guide will share fascinating insights about the area's history and natural wonders. After circling the lake, return to your starting point, cherishing the memories we've made on this unforgettable Lake Tahoe experience.
